Terry Spinks, Owner

Terry has been in construction for over 30 years. Starting out building homes on the side and he's learned to build a house from the foundation up. He's now been building custom homes in southern Utah for 20 years and really focus on the quality of each project.

Cole Spinks, Owner  

Cole has joined his grandfather in the Custom home building business and has been working in construction for the last 4 years. He's learned the important quality of taking care of each client and going the extra mile to make sure every project gets completed to there high quality standard.
